We created this 4 week dumbbell/body-weight only program for those who have minimal equipment available, travels a lot and stays at hotel, deployed overseas and/or those looking for a challenging 4 week program. The program was designed not just for strength gains and not just for speeding up your run times. This program combines both strength training and conditioning. There’s no excuses in not staying physically fit.
