Suffering Sunday
The Log
Every Suffering Sunday has a score. Most of them disappear the moment you stop the clock.
This is the free printable log for the whole series. Every workout, space for your scaling and your score, and a second column for the retest. You cannot beat a number you never wrote down.
What is inside
- All 21 Suffering Sunday workouts, with the work and the scoring method on every line
- A first attempt column and a retest column, so progress is a number instead of a feeling
- Dead Weight flagged as the quarterly benchmark
- Blank rows for the workouts that have not dropped yet
- Two pages, letter size, printer friendly

Write the scale, not just the score
Rx+, Rx, Intermediate, Beginner. A time means nothing in three months if you cannot remember what you were lifting or how far you ran.
Retest, do not repeat
Come back to a workout at the same scale you ran it the first time. Same loads, same distances, same standards. That is the only way the second number means anything.
Dead Weight is the benchmark
Run it every quarter. Log your sandbag, sled, and carry loads next to the time. Strength that does not get measured does not get managed.
You cannot beat a number
you never wrote down.
