As leaders, we have a duty and responsibility to pass on to the next generation the skills and mindset you've developed via knowledge and experience. We don't believe in the "figure it out yourself" mentality; instead, we want to share our knowledge and experiences with you so that you can maximize your chances of success. With this mentorship program, we want to give you the resources that we never had. We lacked a mentor to whom we could reach out and ask particular questions; we lacked a leader who had "been there and done that," who was willing to mentor us toward our larger objectives and genuinely cared about our futures. This is precisely why we are taking action. When you have that in your back pocket, we can see what the short and long-term implications are. You can't be expected to know things you've never been taught, so take advantage of this opportunity to get a leg up on your competitors by asking specific questions that you won't be able to find answers to on the internet. As a mentor, we will be there to provide support and encouragement, provide feedback, and ALWAYS available when you are faced with difficult life decisions. We are huge on personal development and specialize in specific career fields like Law Enforcement, Military Special Operations, and Firefighting.

When you've completed the program, our goal as mentors is for you to feel confident that you know everything there is to know about the job field you want to pursue. If you're already working in that sector and wish to advance, such as a patrol officer who wants to go through the selection process to become a SWAT member. We'll assist you in developing a strategy based on our own training, study, and execution to achieve your objectives. There will be two levels to this curriculum.Tier 2: After you submit your application, the WGH team will analyze it and determine if you are a good fit for this program. We don't want to waste anyone's time, so if we don't think we'll be of great use to you, we won't pursue one-on-one mentoring. If your application is accepted, you will receive an email with a direct link to purchase the program and a drop-down box with the names of the WGH crew to choose from. On Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, a one-on-one program will be offered. You can schedule a one-on-one call with your mentor on any day of the week. This tier is for a period of 5 weeks. We are confident that after five weeks and a total of five hours with your one-on-one mentor, you will have the plan and knowledge to execute flawlessly in that professional field. The WGH Mentorship program is price at a one time payment of $249.99.

My name is Spencer Lewis. I grew up in Omaha, Nebraska. I was first introduced to mentoring my freshman year of high school and honestly ever since then I have never stopped doing it. At a certain point in the military, you are going to be put in those leadership positions, your team will look up to you for guidance in the right direction which is exactly what I was able to experience while being in the military. I enlisted in the Army in 2014 as an 11B (Infantryman), started off in the 82nd Airborne Division and finished my time at 7th Special Forces Group as a 18B (Special Forces Weapons Sergeant). The experiences that I was fortunate to have in the military and special operations community has taught me much more than just military tactics. The mental strength and discipline that you are required to have whether you have it when you start or have to develop it along your journey through the pipeline is out of this world. Overcoming those obstacles and keeping the right mindset when you are faced with adversity is truly something I believe anyone can develop. Those experiences and the knowledge that I was able to gain during my time in the military is what i want to share.
