30 day LE & SWAT selection prep

This 30 Day LE/SWAT Prep was designed for those choosing to become or are currently sworn officers in law enforcement, and especially for those getting ready to enter the selection process of becoming a SWAT officer.
In this program you will be pushed to your limits in strength, power endurance, weighted cardio, and HIIT workouts. The equipment you will need is the basic core pieces of a gym such as a barbell, bumper plates, dumbbells, kettlebells, some minor machine work that any gym will have, EZ bars, weighted vest, combat boots, and ruck sack.
There is ZERO days off through out this 30 days of training. Proper nutrition/hydration and adequate sleep is very important for the next 30 days. The major focus in this program is the physical test you will be conducting while in training. This will test your ability to run with and without weight added to your body, push ups, sit ups, pull ups, and being able to maneuver over obstacles while wearing tactical gear.
The end goal for this program is to give you the confidence you need in your physical capabilities before heading into your career or selection process within law enforcement.
